About the Event
This at home-retreat is here to find your way back to the vital force that we all are born with when we live in equilibrium with our own nature.
To embody how we can activate our energy field, and create sacred space around us. Connect to the body in a way that energy will flow freely. Really being able to listen to what our body want to tell us and the inherent plan within us that always is leading us home to who we are. We will also learn to embody the frequenzies that we need for the moment, and the worldview that keep us creating our own lives.
This is a path to be true to ourselves and to feel safe with being listened to.
Nature will be our natural companion to restore connection, and we will use creative tools and our voice to ground our new experiences, and…
