The Leader
Inaya Oakroot is a senior consultant from a career as an ICF leader-coach and team-leader and board member in the corporate field. Her earlier years was divided between being a tennis coach in high achieving areas, and as an artist, challenging common norms. Employed as an artist in city planning and university development of entrepreneurship, and owning a refugee camp, changed her path. Experiencing the hierarchy that concurred every good intention led her into a new direction to better understand the underlying structures, and possible path´s to change.
She dived deeper into what makes people shrive, our potential as human beings, and how we can achieve in a world that want us to stay small.
What keeps us alive as compassionate human beings’ whatever circumstances challenges us. The healing arts took her into that world that she searched for- what really creates mobility to change. Her search for pure vital force as humans and societies took her wider into educations of vocal sound healing, somatic healing, Craniosacral therapy, family constellation and shamanic energy healing. At this day she has written three books about the potential for us humans to thrive in this paradigm shift that we all live in. The paradigm shift where our balanced inner female and male energies will be the greatest tool to keep stable.
The three worlds of art/healing, sport achievement, and the corporate field is now combined in all her programs and services.

Some words about Inaya
Inaya has been involved in various parts of my leadership development. Through analysis, observation, conversations and images, she has made me aware of the strengths in my own leadership. I have since been able to implement them as the national team captain of the Chinese women's national football team and later as the head of football at the Swedish Football Association. She has also been a great support in the decisions I have made that stem from the above.Inaya has also been involved in the further training of our elite coaches in the Swedish women's national football team. Inaya is a great inspirer, who through joy and great competence has made us think outside the box, and then be able to make decisions on big issues with clarity. She has contributed ideas and has enabled us to look at our football activities in a more visionary and goal-oriented way.Inaya is a person who conveys a lot of energy. She does this through great competence, joy, warmth and emotion. She creates the tools through her ability to find what the team needs!!!

The project “The Entrepreneurial University” at Linnaeus University has hired Inaya Oakroot, Idéer & Co AB, as an adjunct lecturer, focusing on process management, idea generation and creativity.
Inaya has a unique competence where she combines her own artistic and sporting experiences with solid process knowledge and good coaching skills. With one foot in culture and one in business, she is used to working in different contexts and together with many different kinds of people, which is a great asset for us.
We feel that Inaya acts professionally, takes great responsibility for the whole in everything she undertakes and demonstrates an excellent ability to work from start to finish. In our project, she contributes with planning, implementation and documentation of processes both internally in our working group and in external efforts towards students.
Inaya challenges and encourages people in a meritorious way to dare to think in new and different ways, to see opportunities and to test their limits.
In light of the above, we can highly recommend Inaya for similar tasks in other contexts.

Inaya Oakroot has been a very valuable support for me for about 15 years. During that time, she has served as my coach in personnel and organizational matters, and I have always been able to rely on her availability when questions or problems have needed to be handled quickly.
Inaya has an outstanding ability to quickly understand complex issues, analyze them from a broader perspective, and then provide concrete, useful advice on how the situation should best be handled. Her strength lies in her ability to combine the strategic with the practical.
In addition to coaching, Inaya has also led several team development initiatives at times when the company has needed to take the next step in its development. Through well-thought-out exercises, she has created engagement and participation among staff members and contributed to an increased understanding of the company's goals and business plan.
Inaya has a wealth of knowledge and an impressive ability to see both the details and the bigger picture of a company's operations. I can highly recommend her.

At Öland's Business Office, we have collaborated with Inaya as a process manager in several different contexts and on projects of varying sizes.
Among other things, she participated in writing and largely designing the project application for the competence development project Ölandsnätet, which was financed through rural development funding. The main idea of the project was to create a ripple effect by encouraging companies to share their expertise, thereby contributing to development in rural areas.
Through Ölandsnätet, several collaborations have emerged that might otherwise never have happened. This is largely thanks to Inaya.
She has a unique ability to inspire participants who initially intended to remain in the background to become actively involved and contribute to moving a process forward.
Inaya can make even people who are less comfortable in social situations feel safe in unfamiliar and unconventional settings. This is one of the reasons why the processes she leads are so consistently successful.
In addition to all of this, she is a pleasure to work with, which is equally important.
I can highly recommend Inaya as a process manager.

Inaya Oakroot brought an entirely new level of creativity and engagement to Kalmarsund Promotion's annual business trip, “Promotion Train”, which brings together 200 business representatives from a wide range of industries.
By dividing and designing the exhibition area into different themed spaces, she encouraged participants to engage with one another in entirely new ways.
In one space, new business relationships were formed through a business-inspired setting called “Quick Business”, while a creativity-stimulating laboratory invited exploration in another.
A third space encouraged lively engagement through the exchange of services and ideas, using video booths, whiteboards and Post-it notes. A fourth space was designed scenographically to create a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
Together, these environments made it possible to meet the different needs and wishes of both visitors and exhibitors, allowing participants to renew their energy and engagement throughout the day.
“I am convinced that, with Inaya's contribution, we have established a new standard for exhibition and networking spaces, and for what both exhibitors and participants can gain from them.”
Johann Malmström
CEO, Kalmarsund Promotion
